Easy to take and noticeable improvement
Talking about GI and bowel issues feels like TMI, but these probiotics are keeping me regular. I have not been officially diagnosed, but tend toward irritable bowel and these have helped a lot. It's just one small pill once a day so very convenient.

Good formula overall
This product works really well overall and has Bifidobacterium as the primary ingredient rather than Lactobacillus, so it’s not just making you go to the bathroom. I find the Raw Probiotics work better for me, but I like how this formula has pre, pro and postbiotics.
