Q: washing instructions?

I did not receive washing directions with this item. I live in Texas. The foam causes sweat in temps greater than 70degrees. To avoid a smelly cradle cap or fungal infection on our little one’s head, when the helmet became sweaty and smelly, I took it off. I used Dr. Bronner’s brand Pure Castile Soap -tea tree. And put the liquid soap on a paper towel. Whiped it on and left for 10min. Then I wet a new paper towel and whiped the Castile soap off. Good as new. I imagine you could use the soap of your preference, but tea tree is antifungal and a good antibacterial and more natural so I chose it.

SafeheadBABY’s expandable design allows it to fit your child even after 2 years of age however the head surface area may not be covered completely at the back.

Amazing if you have a hard floor!

It's saved our little one's head countless times from hitting her head on our wooden floor. She has no issues wearing it, it's really comfortable and breathable. I highly recommend.

So pretty. My 1 year old daughter hates having anything to wear on her head but surprisingly not this helmet 😅 she absolutely loves having it on to a the extent she asks me to put it back on when i takw it off. Easy to put on and must be comfortable for a toddler to wanting to wear it.
