Quality aluminum thumbscrews for GoPro! Great for replacing broken or lost plastic thumbscrews. Love the rubber O-rings - they are a nice touch to a well-made product and prevent over-tightening or damage to the mount. I will admit, the 2 shorter thumbscrews may scratch your GoPro housing, but in a bind, they will work. They are intended for use with accessories with better clearance. I ordered the Smartree thumbscrew set in blue. The blue color is really great and gives your GoPro setup a little more character. I also like the idea of having a more durable, metal screw instead of the plastic ones that come with the GoPro. While I never had any problems with the plastic ones, these metal ones definitely feel more secure. Great product and nice aesthetics.

I really wish it kept the GoPro shape so my GoPro tool would work for when I need to get it tight!The O rings are helpful but not sure if I love them yet, but they're not permanently there so not a big deal breaker.They look really awesome on my GoPro Setup and the colors really pop, with a bit of added weight compared to plastic screws.

Wow, these are very well made aluminum thumbscrews for your GoPro. They are so much easier to tighten than the stock plastic ones that are included with your GoPro and with the O-Ring they hold tighter and are more resistant to vibration to the stock screws. I've used these on karts for racing and they hold firm without re-tightening like I have seen with the plastic screws. I I will definitely be buying some O-Rings for all of my GoPro screws that I leave setup on other mounts that I have in place and spares just in case. After seeing how awesome these aluminum screws are, I want more aluminum parts!!!Bottom Line: These are awesome! I want more of these and more aluminum GoPro accessories.

These screws are an absolute improvement to the GoPro! I will be replacing all of my accessory screws with these! Much easier to tighten and loosen without the discomfort of the OEM design. They each have a small rubber o-ring at the base that helps to keep pressure on the screw, resulting in consistent fastening without the need for thread locker materials! I used mine immediately with a Ram handlebar mount for my dual sport motorcycle. Worked flawlessly. The ride was rough enough that I actually broke the plastic mounting tabs off of my GoPro underwater case, and these screws never loosened a bit!

These look sharp, feel durable. Unfortunately, they do not tighten as well as the standard GoPro thumbscrew. On my Go Pole, the camera shifts a bit when any force occurs on the camera case (such as jumping into water). If you don't anticipate any force on the camera, such as stable mounting during snorkeling, they work fine. I think the stem of the screw is just slightly longer than the standard thumbscrew. Perhaps a second rubber gasket will resolve the camera movement, but I have not tried that yet. As I said, they look nice.

Regardless If you think you need them or not they are worth every penny. From being set apart from the norm, because they look amazing. i like the attention to detail, very good build on the set i got. cannot speak of consistency as i only have one set. they work and work well. and it adds a nice color touch.Would purchase again.
