Great for Levantine recipes
The product is consistent and evenly absorbent, which is a blessing in itself! It presents well, particularly delicious when combined with spiced tongue!

Packaging was damaged although contents still usable.
Arrived quickly and as described however the bag had a hole in it and some of the contents had leaked out into the Amazon packaging.
