plates are much smaller than my pans, but that's my fault for not paying attention. Works very well.

Read the instructions tons. Turned on burners for 5 mins. under the vent. No real noticeable odor. The large pot of water for the noodles came to a boil faster than my stove top . No problems with the pots fitting on burners. Even cooking Easy to adjust temperature as needed. Easy cleanup. Enclosed solid burners are great. 3 prong cord is heavy and good length. The handles were a plus. Grs value.

A sturdy product. Looks nice and cleans up easily. The side handles are a plus, visually and functionally. The (non burner) surfaces do get hot, but less than i expected. Two burner sizes (6 and 7.5 inch diameter) accomodate both small and large cookware, produce plenty of heat, and do so quickly. Almost too quickly. It will take a little time getting to know the temperature settings to achieve optimum results. The smaller, lower wattage burner seems better for low/slow cooking. My only complaint so far? The center of the larger burner produces more heat than its outer edges when on high settings, and depending on your cookware, temperature selection, and attentiveness (or lack thereof), this could result in uneven cooking/burning.

So far we love it. But only used it a few times. See how it holds up.

This has been a excellent purchase choice. My young teens love to cook but I did not want them scratching my induction glass top. It heats quickly, cooks evenly and cleans up easily. It is a bit long so be sure you have somewhere to store it if you put it away daily like we do. All in all a great purchase at a great price.
