59 yr old female. I have been experiencing severe bloating, fullness and occasional pain in the right upper abdomen to the point where belching was the only relief for a very long time. I'm a small stature female and the bloating made it hard to be comfortable even sitting on the couch. I dont have a gall bladder and I enjoy wine daily so I was concerned about my liver. I started this product four days ago and it is making a huge difference. First the gas and bloating is almost completely gone and it's kinda strange not to feel fullness all the time. Second, the feeling of anxiousness seems to have gone away. I really don't have anything to be anxious about but seems like I always felt it. I did some research on the ingredients and I chose this product as a I use a b complex from the same maker. Always check with your doc, but so far I am feeling benefits. I started with one cap twice a day, but it made me very foggy in the morning at work so I'm taking one at night. I wake up a little groggy but it passes and I feel really good thru the day.
