As advertised. The 750MG of fiber beats most everything out there with all the additives they have in them. One pill at 750MG as apposed to 6 pills at 1.8MG of others.

They are not in fact organic. When your jar comes in you will notice there is no organic label on it. The capsules have no effect at all. Went to Walmart bought Metamucil and immediately felt the difference. These pills did nothing for me except put a hole in my pocket.
