Works good. takes a bit to start working. Taste is not that good per my daughter, they are nasty. but she takes them.

My kids love these gummies! They ask for them every night before bed. They always say the flavor tastes like candy.

Didn’t work for my 8 year old. He has always struggled to fall asleep & stay asleep. He wants up every 2 hours. I wanted to see if these would help and avoid the route of melatonin. No luck for us!

Trying to find non-melatonin alternatives for sleep assistance for my kid. She did not like the flavor, so my husband ended up using them. He slept well.

Not sure if it's placebo or if they really work. My kids dont have significant sleep issues and only take these occasionally but they do request them if they're having trouble sleeping. The flavor and texture is super weird but palatable and they'll eat them.

My son has never been a good sleeper but I do not want to give him melatonin, so we grabbed some of these gummies and figured we’d give them a try. He is able to get to sleep easier and stay asleep all night when taking 2 of them about an hour before bed. He doesn’t take them every night, but we haven’t had as many issues with insomnia since we incorporated them. He doesn’t LOVE the taste but admits it’s worth it for a good night’s sleep.

Idk taste not horrible there’s worst pills or gummies lol but they don’t do much for my children disappointed
