Q: I have the original head gear. it fits fine except the two top velcro straps are a 1/2 “ to short. would this large head gear work better? or to big.

It should work fine. My husband used the standard and it always pulled the nose piece up on his nose. Since going to the large, things are much better now.

Q: I need to replace the whole headgear including the part that holds the pillow in place in the front of the straps. It is not shown in this picture.

you will probably have to order each of them separately.

Q: Can the headgear for the airfit n20 also work on the airfit f20 (the fullface version)?

All chinese JUNK. Nothing fits straps are the WRONG sizes.
