Under performed/ Bad policies
These were the tires that came with my new car. After 19K the tires were worn. Infiniti of Denver informed me that the wearing of the tire is not covered by them, nor will Hankook cover them because they are the original tires of the car. I contacted Hankook, and they confirmed the statement is true. That although this car has a 50k + rating because it is the original equipment on a new car they will not cover it for under performing! This is a major heads-up for consumers! Beware, stick to Bridgestone and Michelin!
