The packets are very convenient for putting in my bottle of water. No messy measuring. Does its job . Dissolves super fast, no grit and no taste. Love it. Good value too.

I love having a fiber supplement and an easy to use and transport premixed pouch. It’s super easy to just dump it into my water every morning and not have to think about measuring it. It has absolutely no taste and no smell. Once it dissolves in the liquid, which is very quickly there is absolutely no texture to it at all. It does not impact the taste or smell or texture of whatever liquid it’s added to. I can certainly tell a difference with my digestive system when I don’t add it to my water every morning, so it works well.

I was having digestive issues several months ago and then started adding the Benefiber packets into my daily routine. I buy the “on the go” boxes because it makes it easy to remember to use them whether I am at home, at work or traveling. I use one pack daily and mix it into my glass of water each evening. I like this product better than Metamucil and recommend it.

I like this product it’s tasteless and maybe helps a little, but I haven’t noticed any real difference after using it every day in the morning with water for a week. Doesn’t have a smell and is clear and tasteless with water. Easy to digest. I like how they are to go sizes which makes it more convenient.
