The recipients were very excited to receive them and we felt we got a great value for our return on this investment. The items were very popular and each character was sight after, so no person was unhappy with there gift.

Muy detallado, la figura es muy bonita

I’ve been really look forward to receiving this pop for a while, and when it arrived today the box was in perfect condition and I was very pleased. However, upon opening the box and putting the pop in the stand, it was leaning so far forward that it fell over and will not stand at all. There is also extra bits of plastic around certain areas, like the neck and legs, and it has snapped at the shoulders and is now hanging on by a thread. I’m really disappointed with my product as I feel it doesn’t meet the normal standard of quality my other pops do, and I would preferably like new pop in exchange, or at least a refund.
