very effective for whitening but you MUST be consistent. i used these pretty much every day for a year and saw great results. good because they do not fall off or slide as long as your teeth are dry prior to putting them on. love these all my friends have noticed a difference

bought this because I thought you only had to leave it on for 5 minutes, but it turns out you had to leave them on for an hour and 5 mins, my mistake. I still used them consistently and they whitened my teeth SO fast. I didn’t even finish all the strips because my teeth were already so white with just a couple. I definitely recommend for people trying to get a quick whitening. I didn’t experience sensitivity, but i also don’t have sensitive teeth, so maybe be aware of that. my only complaint is that when i went to use the rest of them a couple months later, the battery for the light was dead and there was no way to replace it. I think it’s really annoying that i’d have to buy a whole new pack with a new light every time I want to use these strips. i still will, because they worked incredibly well. but i feel like for the price im paying i should at least be able to replace the battery for the light

Still getting used to these as they do cause a bit of sensitivity the day after use, but I notice a difference immediately after using these strips in combination with the light. 10/10 would recommend!

I love these white strips. I personally cut the strips in half for a better fit and I get more uses out of them that way. I also use them every other day instead of everyday to avoid any sensitivity issues. I use for 60 minutes as advised and the light strip once that timer goes off to boost results. These whitening straps are so good and whitened my teeth quite a bit in just one use.
