We love this stuff. We use it for our Maple Breakfast Sausage that we make here on the farm. It tastes amazing and its texture is very similar to brown sugar. It is not hard to use it and I think it tastes better than regular brown sugar and I have added it to other things when I am baking.

This is great Maple Sugar; it is pure and delicious. So many ways to use it! Great for using in meat cures.

Very good product and I will definitely order again! Delivery was prompt, packaging was secure, and plastic canister for the maple sugar is heavy duty plastic with easy twist lid for freshness. I am on a specific food elimination diet that means I cannot consume cane sugar but I am allowed maple syrup or maple sugar as a natural sweetner. I am very happy to say that this maple sugar works beautifully as a 1:1 substitute for baking and I enjoy it more. The flavor is rich and robust and this was the best bulk pricing that I found on Amazon. I have tried other brands of maple sugar that are far more expensive, not sold in bulk, and do not have this level of richness. I am very pleased with Nova for this product and I highly recommend!

Maple syrup is great but you can't use it for everything... can you? Well, yes you can, IF you get some of this sugar. No more mucking about with recipes that need dry sugar not liquid sugar. YAY! Expensive but well worth the money when you have to make a change and EVERY recipe has to be altered. Syrup is less expensive but you just can't use it for everything so finding this large size as a reasonable price was wonderful!
