I purchased this item for my wife and on first glance it appears well constructed. However, on a recent trip (the first trip for this bag) the zipper broke! Now one of the compartments is not useable. If the seller would please offer a replacement, I would be willing to chalk this up to a one-off. Thank you.

This bag has plenty of compartments, but the main one with the removable clear bag is definitely not well thought out. With items in the removable bag, it is virtually impossible to slip it in or out of the zippered compartment. Further, the zipper on that zippered compartment broke on the very first use. I wanted to like the bag as the pattern is cute, but it's just not worth the money I paid.

This bag is cute and is a good size, but the top stitching (from where it is hung during use) ripped during the first trip (the pockets were not overfilled). If it can’t be hung, this bag can’t be used as designed.

This bag is super-cute and functional, but feels "upside down" to me. The handles are at the top, but you have to reach down to the bottom of the bag to unzip it. I used this bag over the weekend, and the weird handle/zipper thing drove me nuts. In looking at the photos today, I see that this may be the design of the bag, and not just a one-off......Get the bag if you don't think this will bother you - it is really cute and functional. I'll probably keep mine and just get used to it..........

Apart from the designs not belonging to the company and ripping off a hardworking artist it appears the product is also poor quality. Please don’t buy from them

I have struggled to find a bag with enough pockets and compartments in the past, this bag is so perfect. And has a compartment that is removable and waterproof, so it’s perfect for keeping everything else dry!

Looks good, lots of pockets, have not used it as yet so unsure of functionality until have experienced

Bought the cat design and it's so pretty. For cat lovers, it's the perfect gift and it holds so much! Very impressed by the quality and design. Might get another for myself!

I have been looking for a new toiletry bag for awhile and this one is perfect. It holds a lot, with extra cases that can be removed or attached, and it folds up fairly flat. The design is fun, it has a hook for hanging up and I'm looking forward to taking it on my next trip.
