Basically if you're feeling at the end of your rope for no reason it seems you are probably low on Lithium, you can take this as much as you need it will either boost your mood or do nothing. I think I've been on the same bottle for maybe a year or so, really helps for those days everything just seems terrible for no real reason, won't help if your life is genuinely a terrible mess of stress though.
