Product is dried out
This stuff is normally great. This bottle was obviously old and the product is drying out and clumpy. I tried to use it anyway, but instead of feeling silky and moisturized, it's clumpy and feels like someone skeeted on my face. Sticky, pilling up. Yuck.

Weird consistency
I usually love this cream but this tube is chunky and doesnt go on very well…. Usually the texture is smooth like lotion but this one is chunky and harder to spread or get out of the tube.
