this stuff 100% is great, I think I had liver pains for a couple of years, doctors couldn't find what the issue was,, tried many different herbs, a few helped but this seemed to have cured my issue, I brought another one just to continue the cleanse, highly recommend, perfect its in a glass jar also so it doesn't get contaminated. thank you for a great product, price is good to.

I take it at night with warm milk it help me sleep better

Seems to help but taste isn’t great, so mix with something else and it’s fine
