I absolutely loved everything about this. We used it for an outside shower and it was incredibly useful. The handheld shower was perfect for washing dogs or reaching things. The faucet filled watering cans and did quick washes of hands and feet. The fact that the faucet twists makes it so unique and helpful. And of course, the rain shower head is awesome after a hot day in the garden. It was relatively easy to install because the exposed shower plumbing means only two holes to drill and no tearing through walls for repairs. Which, ironically, has turned out to maybe be its best feature considering we have to replace it. After less than a year, the diverter has given up. You don’t even need to turn it now because it makes no difference. Water is going to run from both the shower and the faucet no matter what. The diverter between the two shower heads still works fine but that would be a problem we could live with. There’s no way to take it apart without leaving tool marks all over it and even then there’s no guarantee it can be fixed so we’re not going to damage it even worse. We’ll just replace it with a model that doesn’t have a faucet. It’s a shame but it’s one less diverter to go wrong and hopefully it will last longer. It looks great, has held up well to weather, and has great features. It really was perfect. Until it wasn’t. It’s so very disappointing that the diverter didn’t last.

We installed an outdoor shower in our home. We have a hot tub & cold plunge and wanted to be able to shower off outside. My husband installed it and it has been great. Our grandchildren come over just to shower outside before bed. The handheld piece works great for the little ones. The water pressure is good and it fits perfectly in the space.

this is what I was dreaming about....I started off buying pieces at a re claim store and trying to build my own fixture....I had to go to a plumbing outfitter and it was going to cost me a pretty penny to get all the parts...they ended up showing me a set up like this but it was $500. I didn't buy it but I got on here and found this for under a $100. absolutely worth every penny.... I live a few minutes from the beach and also have a hot tub so this set up works great... even has a foot wash and a hand held wand....best thing I bought last year

Love it! Slight issue with the original but resolves super quick. Great customer service! For the price point it’s a nice unit and works well.
