Came well packaged, they are a little flat, but for decorating purposes totally fine. We use them in our cabana.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Perfect size and the positive reviews. They come vacuum packed so they are flat when you get them. We followed the included instructions for bluffing them, which was to put them in the dryer for 25 minutes. They were perfect when they they came out. Great product!

The media could not be loaded. I love love love!! At first taking them out the package and trying to hand fluff I was very unsatisfied and disappointed until I read the recommendation in the user manual.. putting them in the dryer fluffed the pillow inserts out to its original size they fit perfectly in my pillow covers and they are very soft could be used for just a regular white pillow if you ask me

These are not as full as they appear in the photos. They are flat. Still nice pillows but not what I was expecting

The quality was not there. Go up a size. The pillows did not expand as was described. The look was less than desirable, left my covers with a saggy look. Dont keep their shape. Possibly sizing up would fix the problem.

Needed a bunch of inserts for end of the year swag for my daughter’s softball team and these were the cheapest I could find. They are decent enough for this project, but I probably wouldn't use them for my home. I put them all in the dryer, as instructed, and some got super fluffy and some didn’t. I got the 20x20 inserts for 18x18 pillow covers.
