They are saying "cotton material", but reviews are stating Rayon. Which is it?

Pattern 18 is rayon like everyone says the others are. However, I accidentally ordered a couple clones of this dress from another listing (the brand is Halife). Those feel like cotton. Or at least something that breathes like cotton. I like the fit of these a tiny bit better though.

when people say this runs small, do you mean its just too small in length? i am very short, 5 ft. and around 130 lbs.

I am 5'1 and 138 lbs-- I carry most of weight in my hips so the medium was snug-- If I got the large it would be way too big on the top but the length would be Ok except there are two slits on each side that make it too short for me

The first picture for pattern 18 is a dark teal (matches the tassel color) but rest are a light teal. How do i get the darker teal one?

Can somebody please tell me what fabric this is made of?? the description says "cotton blend" but photos look suspiciously polyestery. thanks!

The fabric is polyester, but it feels crinkle - more like what is in a thin plastic (on the sheer side) tablecloth. Pretty in the photo, but the reality was disappointing, and returned it.
