Are you selling individual 4-gram packets or a box of three 4-gram packets as the picture suggests?

You get 3 pockets. I would also suggest you do the dosage it recommends and then another treatment about 3/4 weeks after the first. I had to do 2 treatments for my dog.

The math here does not seem to work. 22.7mg/lb. 65lb dog. 22.7×65=1475.7 mg. This is 1.5 grams. The dosing "box" says to give one 4 gm + 2gm?

Panacur is not pure Fenbendazole, so 1 gram Pancur is not equivalent to 1 gram of Fenbendazole, but actually only 222mg Fenbendazole per 1 gram of Panacur (shows this info on the front of the box, but IMO it should be right by the other math). For a 65 lb dog, the math looks like: 22.7*65/222=6.65 grams, or roughly 6 grams as indicated by the dosing box.
