It appears this balm is an older version, which has different packaging. However, the newer package seems far more potent. I know this to be true as I bought the product after using my sisters one initially. Her packaging was different and the best intensity was higher. Therefore it depends on what you want. If you can take a high level of icy heat then go for the new packaging with the heat factor. However, if your skin is sensitive, then this one should do.

Really like this . Moisturises but after a few minutes spreads a warmth through the skin . Very comforting for sore spots. Good to use instead of heat pad although warmth is superficial and not penetrating. Be careful on delicate places.

Fortunately my daughter had warned me. A little bit really does go a long way. Really heats up. Good for aching muscles with a less medicinal smell than other similar creams.

Swear by this product! I use it pretty much daily especially at night I use on my shoulders and it gets lovely and warm. I fall asleep in minutes. It gets warm but doesn’t have the cooling feeling like deep heat it just feels like you have a hot water bottle. I always recommend this to people.
