It's a good product for gym or yoga or for parents to do exercise in winter in their home. Build quality is perfect thickness is 10 mm which is good for pushups and other exercises. It's not slippery on both sides which is good. Price difference between boldfit and lifelong is Rs 100 and its is worth it
