Cheap but the quality isn’t horrible, fit perfectly (definitely size up like other reviews say) and was super fun to wear on my 30th bday while watching 13 going on 30!

Fits true to size! Very easily adjustable. Fabric is very comfortable and not itchy at all. Expect discomfort when sitting on it due to the pearls, but it’s worth it for the look!
