Worth the money! Best exercise socks
I buy 1-2 pairs every year to replace worn out pairs. They last me 4-5 years and I wear each pair 2 times per week. Yes they’re a bit pricey but you absolutely get what you pay for! They don’t stretch out over time, I’ve never had one get a hole and when I replace it’s because the fabric has work thin.

So comfortable
I wore these socks with my Ryka Devotion Plus 4 walking shoe on a 17-mile fundraising walk last weekend. I changed to a fresh pair half-way through the walk, mostly because it was very humid and my feet were sweaty. They were so comfortable, and really kept my feet blister-free.

good supportive endurance sock
Supportive. Warm. Thick. Worked well after walking through ankle deep water, quick dried during a 5 mile walk in wet shoes/socks. I was wanting a thinner supportive sock so I will keep these but keep looking.

Great socks
Bought these for my 12 year old XC runner. He has really liked. Feel a little on the thick side but he has had no issues and is wearing at every meet. No issues.

I was a great advocate of balega socks after buying them since 2013. Recently a friend of mine complained about getting hot spots on the souls of her feet. I bought this pair but my feet size is in the middle of two size ranges. I went for the smaller and unfortunately they squeeze my feet that much that they hurt

These are good socks, but I did get blister while wearing them. It was not during a run , I went for 10Km city walk and I did get a blister on my foot. So it does not eliminate 100% friction bubbles. This may be due to the way I walk or to the type of the shoe I wear but for this price I would expect more.

Great for running, definitely no rubbing or blisters. A bit pricey but worth it for long runs.
