After reading the positive reviews about this blender I placed an order, I received an open damaged box. I ordered another unit it arrived in a different packaging, but was also damaged. I decided to give it a try, vibration was crazy at high speed. The blender was moving around like a washing machine. When comparing the two units I received I noticed differences in the materials used. Both were poorly packaged. One unit had scratches and the other was vibrating too much. In returned both and ordered another brand. Maybe this issue is related to the local UAE dealer.

Came brand new blends smoothies wonderfully! Highly recommend this if your looking for a blender that blends smoothies or milkshakes!

This blender is powerful and really quiet. Good quality on the plastic jar and cover. The point to be IMPROVED is the blade, there are flat blades on similar blenders that are sharper and quieter with flat edges which turn them easier to clean. I hope this brand could offer me an option of buying another cup with those flat Japanese blades.

The store was using the ninja blenders and we found that they were extremely noisy and didn't always fully blend a drink with ice. We were recommended to use the Cranddi blender and I have to say, I was not disappointed. Not only is the blender powerful and blends the ice well, it is extremely quiet with the cover down. My staff are very happy with the blender and, when given the choice, they always use this blender even if they have to wait a bit for it to be free (if someone else is using it). Highly recommend for any cafe or beverage store serving blended drinks!

It is a great blender, love the way it works and quiet. Only downfall is the cup has started to Crack around the bottom

BEWARE THESE BLENDERS ARE NOT COMMERCIAL! I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Purchased 4 blenders less than 4 months ago, now 3 of them are extremely loud and vibrates excessively. Reached out to seller and was told to buy new replacement blades. Their “ commercial “ claim to their blenders are false and misleading Don’t buy unless you plan to have parts replaced every 3 months .

I have had this blender for about ten months, and I think it is time for a review. I had purchased other blenders and wrote reviews, and always gave updates on my dissatisfaction, so I decided to wait. This blender is very quiet. My other blenders had to close all the doors in the house and put a designed muffle on it so that I would not wake anyone up. This blender has no issues. Pretty incredible. I also have had a few issues, but still very satisfied with the blender tna the customer support is awesome. My first issue was that a crack had developed in the container, but customer service had me a new one within a week of mentioning it to them. The second issue is that the dial is a little loose but not so terrible that I can't live with it. If you are looking for a blender, your search is over. I use it every day and sometimes multiple times a day, and it still runs just like it came out of the box.
