My first time to use these; I bought 2 sizes. I've had seedings in them for over a month now (some for 2 months) and will transplant them to ground soon as frosts are gone. The bags have really held up well through regular watering and fertilizing. Most of the seedlings have delicate roots growing right through the bags which is great. I folded the edges of them down out of preference but it's not necessary. My tiny seedlings that I started in trays are all doing spectacular in these.

These are a great buy for the price! Durable, easy to fill, and maintains a good level of moisture. Ive reused them on several occassions and they are big enough to start a plant from seed and really grow out (seeds and tree starts) We live in a wet environment and I havent seen mold grow on these like some of the other pots Ive purchased. Will continue to buy when I run out!

These bags are ok for what I need them for, easy enough to fill and put seedlings in. It's easy to bottom water the seedlings in the bags. Roots comes through the bag without rootbound. However, be aware of the measurements. The measurements listed are not from the inside of the bags, rather they are the outside dimensions, so they are actually smaller. Also, I doubt they are going to break down in the garden after one season. They are nonwoven made with polymers. Isn't that the same as plastic? Wish it is something truly biodegradable.

I get 24 seed starter plugs in one tray. Extra room for roots. Better than peat pots. Update, 3/29/2-25: Used to start some veggies. Already starting to sprout. A little difficult to load the bag. Have to make a funnel to facilitate putting soil in. Very satisfied. Recommended to another gardener.
