This product made my throat feel tight to the point I feel like puking while working out. I feel dizzy and I’m having a brain fog and it’s my first time ever feeling like this in any pre workout I tried out. Gave it many chance as I don’t like wasting my money but sadly I have to throw it away as it doesn’t feel good working out.

genuinely this has helped me in my weight lost journey. it helps curb that annoying food noise and helps me feel fuller longer. i also get a great sweat when i workout

I like oxyshred helps with my workouts however I will not order this particular flavor again its a little to tart for me.

It was good I just wish they had blue raspberry flavor 😩

After a month of taking this 5-6 days a week, I can say that I do like this supp. It’s non-stim, so no tingling, no palpitations, etc. I’ve also taken it around 6pm twice without any negative side effects like trouble falling asleep. It also helps me sweat - it take a lot for me to start sweating during a workout - but when I take this, I start sweating pretty quickly into my warm-up. I don’t feel any increase in energy, power, or pump, something I’ve experienced with other pre’s. I take one scoop in the morning with my creatine in about 10oz of water. I bought the passion fruit, which is sweet like most pre’s but not overly disgusting to the point I can’t drink it. So, positives: non stim, good flavor, easily dissolves in water Cons: not really performance enhancing I would buy again.

I get no energy from this. I get more from drinking an energy drink for work. The description says preworkout but the container doesn’t. It’s deceptive. Not sure of it’s fat burning effectiveness. I’m going back to c4.
