The right sized pan for my bread recipe. Getting two pans, well packaged, great value. Easy to use, easy to clean, perfect baked bread.

Normal bread pans, no issues.

These bread pans are good, however, very small dents in the bottom which do not affect the appearance or quality of the bread. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star. Very easy to remove loaves from the pans, no sticking with PAM. Reminds me of the old April Hill bread pans. All in all, a good purchase.

Arrived as ordered yesterday, and put to good use today. Soooo much better than the 9x5 I was trying to make do with!! I have just recently started baking bread, and learned something new this week. Many recipes are written for specific pan sizes. Trying to use the incorrect size may lead to undesirable results. If the pan is too big, the dough volume may not be enough to fill the pan correctly. It spreads out more, causing a flatter loaf, no matter what you do to improve rising, oven spring, etc. And because the surface area of the exposed dough (in the oversized pan) is larger than planned for by the recipe creator, there is more evaporation during baking than expected. That causes a dryer, more crumbley bread. This is exactly what my loaves have been doing - until today! Ta daaa, best loaf so far!!! Amazing what happens when you follow the recipe instructions! 😂 (PS, please ignore the wobbly loaf shape, I'm still working on that part... 😁)

8"×4" baking pan is great for making breads and meatloaf. Non stick and very easy to clean.

I bought these pans to replace others that had been scratched by spatulas and were now rusty. I use them for baking quick breads. the description says they are ALUMINUM but they are NOT. a magnet clings to them! I would send them back but it's more trouble than it's worth--just be more careful not to scratch.

I bought this to make half loaves for my B and B. They are the perfect size

I prefer a more square piece of loaf, this gives me just that

They are nice working pans.
