Got this as a small token of appreciation for my manager. I watched him go above and beyond throughout the year for us technicians and no one even said thank you. I gave this to him to show him I noticed and appreciation his hard work. It was like a load was taken off his shoulders (even if it was only for a little while). I truly believe we should show appreciation for the once that fight for even the lowest person on the totem pole. It's the small things that can have the largest impact.
