I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it. I have three kids 7, 10, and 13 and finding something they all enjoy doing together is practically impossible. We’ve tried spikeball, football, inflatable games, everything. Someone’s always too little or too bored, and it ends in complaints. But Halo Ball? Game changer. We brought it to the park the day it arrived, and my kids were thrilled. Setup took less than 2 minutes and suddenly we had a full-on dunk contest going.But what really sold me was how portable and tough it is. We’ve thrown it in the trunk for beach days, set it up next to the pool, and even used it at a family reunion where a bunch of cousins turned it into a 3v3 al star game. The whole thing packs down into a carry bag and it’s lighter than my beach chair. It’s not just fun, it gets them moving, laughing, inventing games, and actually wanting to play together instead of staring at their phones. I’ve even caught my husband sneaking in shots after they go inside. Bottom line: Halo Ball is quality, easy, and fun for literally any age. If you're on the fence, trust me that this one’s worth it.

*Why I bought*: I haven’t gotten a hoop because it ruins my front yards aesthetic. So I saw this online and instantly knew it’d be a good fit for me and my sons. *The Good*: Surprisingly sturdy, my eldest son can hang on it no problem. The game itself is so much fun and not one of those that gets old after the first day hype wears off. Quality of the product is top notch, you can feel the weight of each part. *The Bad*: Shooting shots is harder since there is no backboard, which my kids don’t seem to mind. It’s the long rebounds that you have to fetch that get them. The set does not come with a needle to blow up the ball also. *Setup*: Was worried this would be hard but it’s quite simple and only takes around 4 minutes for any of us to set up by themselves. Found a spot in my yard, but bringing it to parks with a bunch of friends is where the crazy fun is at. *The Bottom Line*: I researched basketball goals for a week before I decided to go with Halo Ball. Was a bit concerned with the quality due to the low cost, but it has a very high overall rating for a reason. I don’t think you can buy a better hoop for the money.

Halo Ball has quickly become one of my favorite games! It’s the perfect mix of fun and fitness you’re constantly moving without even realizing you’re getting a workout. The gameplay is simple to learn but super engaging, which makes it great for all ages. The ball itself is high quality and built to last, even after hours of play. I also love how versatile it is you can play indoors or outdoors, at a party, at the park, or just at home with friends and family. It’s such a great way to stay active while having fun. If you’re looking for an exciting, easy-to-learn game that brings people together, Halo Ball is 100% worth it!

Halo Ball is so much fun! It's actually one of those things that I'm so annoyed I didn't invent :) We bought it for our basketball-loving boys (ages 12 and 17) for Christmas, but my husband and I have had just as much fun with it! We love that you can adjust the height, we love the ease of set-up and rules of the game, and we love that we can play for hours as a family! Even our girls, who don't play basketball, enjoy playing. And let me tell you, it's definitely more of a workout than I expected. Cannot recommend this enough!

Little expensive

Ordered this for my elementary P.E classes and it has been a huge hit! Students have seen it online, but most are getting their first opportunity to try it out in class. Several have said they are going to ask their parents to buy it for them. The set up is easy (if I can do it, anyone can) and it is durable to withstand repeated use from K-12 students. I also love that you can adjust the height to give all ages the chance to “slam dunk!” It can also be set up and taken down in 5 minutes, which is perfect for busy teachers. If you're on the fence about buying it, do it! You won't regret it!!!

I don’t usually leave reviews but Halo Ball absolutely blew me away. If you’re even thinking about getting a portable basketball hoop for your kids this is the one to get. We’ve tried a few hoops over the years and nothing has come close to how easy and fun this one is. It sets up super fast, no tools or complicated instructions, and it’s light enough to move around but still feels really solid once it’s set up. My kids were obsessed with it from the first day and are still using it! If you want something that actually gets your kids moving and off screens and is fun enough that you’ll probably end up playing too this is completely worth it. Probably one of the best things we’ve bought for the kids in a long time.
