Excellent product, great cleansing ability and leaves skin feeling nourished and has a pleasant scent. I’ve tried many soaps over the years and I can say this is my favorite.

The Al-Jamal Palestinian Original Soap factory, has been in operation for over 180 years. The factory, located in Nablus in the West Bank, Palestine, is a historical landmark in the old city and has been producing traditional Nabulsi soap since the 19th century. Time Tested Quality! Made from virgin olive oil, it will make your skin feel soft and supple. Leaves your skin feeling clean without all the chemicals other soaps have.

Love it! Took a shower immediately after receiving the soap. LOVE this soap. I live in the desert but this soap makes my skin and hair very clean and soft. My scalp feels happier too. I didn't find any need for lotion. I put the soap in a loofah bag so I had a lot of great lather. This seriously is my new favorite soap.

No scent. Works well. I use on my hair and body. Expensive for size. Pure olive soap. Mild enough for anyone. My skin is very sensitive. I oil after i bathe

These soap bars are incredible. They get us really clean and our skin feels so soft afterwards. It does not dry out our skin. The bars are really thick so they last a decent amount of time and seems to be a good value for the money. I love that it's unscented but it does have a slight natural scent which I find to be quite nice. I suppose the only downside is that it seems to lose its sudsing ability when there's very little left. But I think that's the case for most bars of soap anyway.

I used to use antibacterial soaps like Irish Spring or Dial but they have become so heavily scented in the last few years that they stink up my entire bathroom and make me sneeze. I hadn't found a good replacement until I found this soap. No artificial fragrances, and there's no residue left on my skin. This stuff leaves my skin literally squeaky clean. I would say if you have sensitive skin or you are sensitive to artificial fragrances, you need to try this stuff. It really gets you clean. This is the only soap I'm going to buy from this point on!

I bought it to use as a face wash and could not tolerate it because it was too painful for my eyes.. the square shape is not easy to use

Great soap, subtle smell, gentle on skin and long lasting.

So this soap looks a little weird (like it is dirty or something) but it is actually FANTASTIC quality. It is made with 100% olive oil so it performs better than any palm oil soap, including the ones that say they are "enriched with olive oil" (i.e. they put 5% olive oil in it). The size of the bar is just about right, the price is totally fair, and the performance is exactly what you'd expect from a high quality olive oil soap. I've been evaluating a lot of different soap brands on Amazon recently and this is one of the best you can get and it is very fairly priced. The only soap I think may be better is Aleppo but that costs more and has an annoyingly large bar size. Do not be intimidated by how foreign looking this soap is. I guarantee you it performs better than any western brand of soap. This is what soap is SUPPOSED to be like and Unilever has been selling us trash for decades. Give it a try.

This is a wonderful product for my sensitive skin. It makes my skin very soft, really clean and healthy. Highly recommended product!

This is beautiful soap. The bars are big and last long. It is very mild and soft. I will buy this again for sure.

I discovered this soap earlier this year after seeing a video of how it’s made and how endangered that process is becoming - I bought it first just to support. But this soap has fixed every skin issue I’ve ever had in my life. Dry spots are not dry, sweaty spots are more dry, body acne cleared up… I have no idea what this magic is but this is the only soap I’ll be using for the rest of my life. Never ever stop making it!!!!!

Just as good as dr bronners bar soap but less expensive...no fragrance to speak of thank goodness bc so many stink like they have been held in ten gallon drums at the side of the New Jersey turnpike and stink up everything that touches them as well , just enough creaminess and lasts well...no skin issues... plus it’s a privilege to support handmade honest hard work in Nablus...watch the video too it’s way cool...thanks guys !
