Huggaroo Microwavable Heating Pad | Herbal Aromatherapy Hot/Cold Neck Wrap

After an issue with my initial item, seller was quick to offer a replacement. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and look of the wrap. The heat is gentle but effective, and the scent is not overpowering. I appreciate the very detailed instructions for use that are on the box. It is a bit heavy on the neck if just sitting upright in a chair, but if you lean back with support, it is so comforting.

We bought both this one and later the scented one. Love them both! They also work on the hips and lower back. We are very happy with them and feel they are excellent quality for the money.

I use the hugaro to provide warmth on cool to cold nights.

Neck wrap is soft and fits comfortably. Has a washable cover. Highly recommend!

I think supposed be some scent with it. But I can’t smell anything .I wish it will have snap or hook for keep close .But I like it!

Just fits in our small microwave, I heat for 2.5 minutes which makes it hot enough to provide relief to shoulder and neck pain for 15-20 mins by which point it cools. This means lots of trips to the microwave. If you’re looking for longer lasting pain relief I would opt for an electric warmer. But for short term relief this works well. The beads distribute evenly and there is no smell at all. It is heavy so not sure if this would work for someone frail, but it’s lovely and soft.

This heat pad does what it's supposed to do. It sits comfortably on your shoulders and gets warm in the microwave, as you'd expect.A few problems though are a) its too expensive for what it is, b) its VERY heavy, I am concerned this will worsen my neck pain rather than alleviate it (though maybe it'll strengthen muscles which could be a good thing - who knows?) and c) it takes about 5 mins to heat up in my microwave and doesnt stay hot all that long, so probably quite expensive.If I had my day again I probably wouldnt buy, though I can't see very many better options on the market, it's a tough one

A great idea, a bad reality. This is just WAY too heavy. I mean, it's like carrying a small sack of coal on your back. It was so heavy that, and admittedly I have arm weakness, I couldn't even put it on myself. But the worst is when on, really uncomfortable because of the weight - I lasted about 10 minutes, took it off and sent it back. Your mileage may vary, but do be aware how heavy this is before buying.

I've only had this for 2 days so can't comment on long term efficacy. It feels nice when worn & is not as heavy on the shoulders as it is when held. I find 2 minutes to be a minimum for heating.

The Huggaroo heat pad is soooo good. I rarely take it off my shoulders during the day, except to heat it up again. I would highly recommend it for anyone with sore shoulders or neck. It's been a complete God send for me.
