Great knife, great bargain!
My daughters introduced me to "sour dough bread" craze. So I had to have te gadgets! Oldest daughter recommended this knife and I am very happy with it. Its comfortable handle and sharp serrated blade make slicing all kinds of bread easy and quick. "You can't beat the price", says my husband. And I say it's pretty!

Little but great, super sharp
I have no complaints about this tool. I have tried others, including the one that uses the shaving blade, and those get dull. I lost the first one of this little knife during my trips and I will order another one.

Great for scoring sourdough
Works great for scoring sourdough. Much easier to use and create intricate designs with than with a razor blade and cuts dough just as well in my experience.

Very sharp, great length, great value.
I don't know if this helps anyone, but I make sourdough bread. It normally is very crispy, and needs a pretty sharp knife to cut it. I have tried at least four knives before this one. None of them were Sharp enough or long enough. This knife is cheap, sharp, easy to handle, and long. It is also extremely versatile. Other than slicing bread, it also made a great knife for slicing vegetables. The only thing to watch out for is that The knife is a little thin, so if you are cutting a very hard surface, it can bend. However, for most practical everyday uses, it's a fantastic knife.

Excellent.
This is an extremely useful tool for those of us who make bread by hand.

Good knife!
To be so cheap, it really works well. Bought to cut my sourdough bread because I didn’t want to spend $20-$50 on a knife just for bread, yanno? If you’ve made sourdough, you know you need a chainsaw to get into those loaves. This works pretty well! Sometimes I still gotta use some elbow grease, but I’m happy with it!

Not sharp enough
I really wanted this to work for scoring my sourdough but it just isn’t sharp enough.

Solid construction, good sharpness
I bought this knife not expecting much because the price was so good, and I was pleasantly surprised. The tang seems solidly attached and the knife is reasonably sharp. Perfect for cutting bread, even really crusty bread. I don't necessarily expect this to perform to the level of an expensive chef knife, but for how we use it I'm quite pleased.

Great bread knife.

It has a thin blade that feels a bit flimsy compared to a standard bread knife, but that makes it slice through loaves and tomatoes easily. Well worth the cost.

I have been looking a longtime for a bread knife like this one. I bought 2 other knives but end up giving them away for their design has the same mistake making them difficult to slice bread particularly baguette. Most have blades with triangular saw teeth or are to thick unnessary; they all struggle to cut bread because of ther pointeed teeth. This one, similar to my Sheffield breadknife I had in the 70s, cut like butter.
