I just got the crib this week. I put it together now. I love the way it looks. Nothing was damaged or chipped. A great product for the price.

I ordered the crib with the conversion kit. It came WITHOUT the kit. I am told to send it back if I am not happy. I just paid $100 to get it assembled. Now I must take it apart, pack it up and ship it back? And then I need to start from the beginning again? It is way too big and heavy for me to do that!
