Great price, nice bright copper. I would buy again
Worked good, quality was good the insulation is rubbery and durable. Used it for my subwoofers I wanted to eliminate the 12 gauge runs to the speaker.

Quality wire for many applications.
Used this wire to run power and ground connections from the lithium ion to rear of my little boat to supply juice to my trolling motor, lights, fish finder and bilge pump. I really like this wire because it's flexible, has a durable coating and the price was right. I highly recommend this brand for your wiring needs be it home, car stereo, boat,RV,etc. It's a very good product and I would purchase again. I used the 8 gauge.

Great product. Been using it on my vehicle more than a year so far.
I have been using this item for over a year. It is working great. I put a plastic protective sleeve around it for extra protection and ran it along the frame of my truck to the back hitch. Put anderson plugs on it and now use it to run a wench from my back hitch. I put an anderson plug on my jumper cables and can now plug them in at my back hitch or near my battery and jump start vehicles.

Super High Quality Wire
Super high quality wire perfect for my stereo setup on my boat. The only thing I can say is the coating is grippy rubber so I had a harder time fishing it from the back to the front of my boat, it took some shaking and rattling to finally get it through to my head unit and amp location

Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA) speaker wire. Don't use it for much else.
I'll save a lot of new buyers some trouble. This is clearly marked copper-clad aluminum (CCA) cable. It's meant for speakers or other low-power, non-outdoor applications. I use it for a 200W subwoofer on my truck. I run it about 6ft of this from my amp, which sits under my drivers seat, to a subwoofer box under the rear passenger seat. I've been using it over a year and have zero issues. No overheating, no corroding, just doing it's job as intended. DO NOT USE for high power applications or in marine environments. Buy marine rated pure (oxygen free) copper or tinned for that. It will cost more that 2x than this so buckle up. But, it will be the actual gauge it says it is, not melt, and last longer than whatever you put it in. I have marine cable on a 20 year old boat. It still looks new. I also have the fake stuff from a previous owner. It is corroded, brittle, and a nightmare. I have to rip it all out and replace. Pros: Looks good Soft and pliable Works (when used in the correct application) Cheap Cons: CCA (not meant for outdoors or corrosive/wet environments like on a boat) Not exactly 8 gauge. I have 10 gauge marine cable that's almost identical in thickness. But I mean, come on, you can't get 25ft of real copper at 8 gauge for this price. You can get 10 gauge CCA at this price.

Amazing wire for the money
I want to start off by saying, that I don't leave reviews really. This is by far some of the best wire I've used. I'm working on an old diesel air compressor, and needed to run new wires for the controls, and of course to Amazon i went, and found this stuff. 50ft of 8 gauge wire for less than $50, was kind of a red flag for me, but I'm really glad i bought it. The wiring is extremely flexible, easy to cut, strip, and crimp, despite having a thick jacket. I have no doubt that this wiring will hold up to the rigorous environment of a tow-behind diesel air compressor in an industrial setting in Florida. (sounds like hell, but I'm extremely sure this wiring will be able to get the job done). This wiring has earned it's five stars from me

Excellent value and workability
Great product that's easy to work with because of its flexibility. It is a true 8-gauge wire with excellent color-coded insulation. I wanted to move the battery for my boat trolling motor ten feet further aft, and I first installed a test piece of ten-foot 1/2 PVC pipe through the ribs along the side gunnel of the boat. The wire was flexible enough that I was able to gently feed it through the PVC without having to remove the pipe, insert the wire, and reinstall everything. I own several boats and riding lawn mowers and will definitely purchase this wire again when needed.

GearIT 8 Gauge Wire: A Reliable and Affordable Choice
I recently purchased the GearIT 8 Gauge Wire and have been very impressed with its quality and performance. The wire is thick and durable, making it ideal for high-current applications. The copper core ensures efficient conductivity, and the insulation is tough and resistant to abrasion. One of the things I appreciate most about this wire is the price. It's very affordable compared to other brands, without sacrificing quality. If you're looking for a reliable and cost-effective 8 gauge wire, I highly recommend the GearIT. It's a great choice for a variety of projects, from automotive wiring to home audio systems.

This is incredible wire. The flexibility of the cable (which is almost 1/4in thick) lets you form it effortlessly to less than a 3/4in diameter. So on 'routing efficiency vs capacity' it gets a 10/10. When you trim some back, all you can see is bright copper that is not easily scratched off. When you look at the end, you can see the aluminum core. These are dis-similar metals and have caused me many problems (mating aluminum wire with copper) over the years but the problem has and always will be the air between them. (Yes air) Aluminum is a great conductor, during wartimes when copper was hard to get it was 2nd choice. With this tight bond between two of the best conductors, GEARiT has created some outstanding wire that they can manufacture at a great price. Unless you can afford pure copper, this is the best you can get.

This seems to be good cable, but the colors are not quite as shown. The red is less red, and the black is more like a light grey. Its not hard to identify which is which, but they do look odd when next to other red and black cables. The quality seems ok though
