These filters have helped in a few ways for us; first of all it's reduced the burden on the HVAC system so it runs clean (less going up to the HVAC filter so it lasts longer), secondly it's reduced the overall dust collection on a furniture in the house and finally I've noticed less build up in my breathing machine (less throat irritation overnight). You just can't go wrong by using high quality high Merv filters in all your systems of your home. One filter helps another, so the end result is savings on equipment less housework and especially easier breathing. And we have animals so that's really important to be able to get that type of filtering throughout the house. Make sure to exchange them out frequently, 60 days is our set cycle. Get it, use it and forget about problems.

Cheap and works well

I did some review on air filters and found that this one to be the better of them all I replaced my current one and found this air filter. Definitely works a little better about the dust particles.

Honeywell furnace and fits great

Our Trane gas furnace is from 2018, and we just had to have service on it. The 'motherboard' and the igniter had to be replaced. It was our municipal company that fixed it for us, and they asked me how often do we change the filter. I said once a year, since we only really use the heat in the winter, from around October until maybe April. They said we should probably change it every three months since we have five high-shedding dogs. I found these 'Made in the USA' filters (which we like buying USA), and they are much lower in cost than in our local big-box store, and they are a higher rating that what we usually get. These four cost about as much as one from our store. These will last us through Fall of 2027 (one we just put in after the repair in January 2026, one next October 2026, and January 2027 and the last one in October 2027). Yeah, we're happy!

I tried these in my work furnace. I do notice that there is a lot more dust on the furniture than there was with the previous filters. So not the greatest in my book.

I was surprised to see that the filters are encased in cardboard. For these reason I cannot use it as I needed a more solid frame construction and not something that could get damp and warp/mold

love having this, i find i take longer to change filter since switching to this. will be buying again
