I bought All 3 main Pre-workout supplement..I am taking 5gm each according to dosage and requirements.. What I feel it really works..u feel energetic .. increases stamina, endurance , muscle pumping..as well as strength..

Used it regularly before workouts- no stamina boost, no visible benefits. Just causes that uncomfortable tingling. Waste of money for me.
