Great honey, but to pricy
This honey tastes great, I like the fact it has lemon already mix in with it. Great for teas. I just don’t like the price for a small bottle. If the price was lower I would recommend you should try it.

A Sweet and Natural Treat!
I recently tried Bees Knees Raw Honeycomb and wanted to share my experience. As someone who enjoys natural, unprocessed foods, this honeycomb has been an exciting addition to my pantry. What I Loved: Absolutely Delicious: The honeycomb itself is simply delightful. The texture is soft and chewy, and the honey is rich and flavorful—it's sweet without being overwhelming. I loved how pure and natural the taste is. You can really tell that this honeycomb is fresh and untouched, which makes every bite feel like a little indulgence. The honey is smooth, with that perfect balance of sweetness and complexity. 100% Edible and All-Natural: I really appreciate that this honeycomb is completely edible, meaning I can enjoy both the honey and the wax without any concerns. The fact that it's all-natural makes it a perfect option for someone like me who is looking to avoid processed foods. There's no added sugar or artificial ingredients, just raw, pure honey in its most natural form. Versatile Use: I’ve found many ways to enjoy this honeycomb. It’s fantastic as a spread on toast or crackers, paired with cheese, or even eaten straight out of the box. It’s also a great addition to yogurt, oatmeal, or smoothies. The possibilities are endless, and I love that it can be incorporated into both savory and sweet dishes. Healthy and Nutritious: Aside from tasting amazing, I feel good about eating it. Raw honeycomb contains enzymes, antioxidants, and other beneficial compounds that make it a healthy snack. The honey is naturally antimicrobial, which I’ve found to be a nice bonus. It’s a small, simple way to get a healthy, all-natural treat without any guilt. What I Noticed: A Bit Messy to Eat: While I love the taste and texture, I will say that honeycomb can be a bit messy to eat, especially if you're not careful. The wax can be sticky, and I often end up with a bit of honey on my fingers or hands. That said, it’s nothing that a napkin or plate can’t solve, and I don’t mind a little mess for such a delicious treat! Pricey for the Amount: The honeycomb is a little more expensive than regular honey, but considering the quality and how much I enjoy it, I think it’s worth the splurge. It’s definitely a special treat rather than something I buy in large quantities, but I can’t deny that the unique taste and quality make it worth the price for me. Final Thoughts: Bees Knees Raw Honeycomb has been an amazing find for me. It’s delicious, all-natural, and makes for a perfect addition to a variety of meals or snacks. The honey itself is flavorful and smooth, and the edible wax adds a nice texture. While it’s a bit messy and on the pricier side, the quality and taste have made it a worthwhile indulgence. I’ll definitely keep this in my pantry for those moments when I want something wholesome and sweet.

Tasted Nice and Paired Well with Cheese Board
Bought this to make a cheese/charcuterie board for a party. The honey had a nice flavor. It paired well with the cheeses and some fruits. The comb does have a waxy texture which is normal and was fine if people used a small amount. I did try use this in making hot tea however I did not account for the comb to melt and then give the tea a sticky texture...however it did flavor and sweeten the tea.

Ehhhhh, I would find a better tasting brand and bigger comb
Taste is 6/10, compared to the Kirkland organic honey, this taste okay. Rating for bang for your buck is 3/10 this looked much bigger in the pictures but as you can see it’s a bit bigger than my computer mouse.

Delicious
This hot honey is a perfect addition to pizza or anywhere else you want to add a bit of sweetness with heat. It's not too spicy, but it adds some oomph. We really like it! I thought it would be pretty spicy based on other reviews. Perhaps for reference you should know that my husband and I enjoy sriracha and don't find it to be overpoweringly hot. If you have a really sensitive tongue, this may not be the product for you, but it seems quite mild to us and has been really fun to use. The honey itself has a great flavor as well. You can tell it's high quality. The bottle is also attractively packaged, with a cute logo and nice printing. It would make a really fun addition to a gift basket or as a gift/hostess gift and looks nice sitting out on the table. Others have commented about the size of the bottle, saying it's not very big for what you get. I disagree. Honey has a tendency to crystallize. This honey hasn't, but I find that I prefer smaller jars of honey to larger ones for that very reason. This honey shows no sign of crystalization but if it DOES crystallize, it would be easy to heat and bring back to life. Larger containers are much harder to do that with. I also think you're getting a good quality product in a very giftable container. It was worth it for us to purchase, and I'm glad I did.
