They are not lying!! I've used other TopSecret products and been happy. This one. Wow. I took it, didn't read the label, also used sweet sweat and did a 30 ride on my peloton. I sweat for an hour after I was done. It wouldn't stop. I'm also one of those people that don't feel like they accomplished a successful workout if I don't sweat. This stuff is great! I will be use a half serving next time though. Great flavor too!

Wonderful product. I was trying to lose a few extra pounds before vacation. I ordered just based on other reviews and cost with a not much hope. I lost 7 pounds in a little over a week. Legit product.

Definitely makes you sweat more and faster. So thermogenesis IS happening. Studies so the use of 24mgs of Paradoxine works best. So I take 2 does at once (2tbsp) Pineapple is great, put in fridge make it cold. It has a sour/ginger taste. Buy 2 and try for a month. With a good meal plan and exercise regimen this would help to cut down and burn off some extra fat and water weight. Eat well and exercise. This is not a magic potion. Remember it's a "supplement", which will "aid" your progress! Get off your butt and work for what you want!

I take a cap full one to two times per day. I sweat almost all the time. I have lost 6 pounds in 5 days. I take 2-3 showers per day because I never stop sweating it seems! I am a massage therapist that does 38 hours of massage per week and only get 5-6 hours of sleep because I take care of my 3 year old. I am in a lot better of mood. No Shakes. The Pineapple flavor is great.
