Only works if you consume a lot of water

This supplement is mildly effective IF you're consuming enough water. There is zero smell or taste, and it's easy to take. Cost is fair compared to other products on the market. Capsule is easy to swallow. I had this on auto ship for about 5 months, and it works fairly well as long as you're staying hydrated. I recommend this if you're willing to drink half your weight in oz of water.

Darn it didn't work for me. Used the entire bottle. For reference I lift weights and Im very active. I drink a gallon of water a day .. I got so constipated I had utilize 2 bowel regiments to complete the bottle. Great packaging and wanted this to work. I am 50 years old and in menopause.. so might just be a fluke but didn't work for me
