What length are laces????

I’m glad I didn’t lace them up yet LOL the laces are 47 inches long

Do these shoes stretch out or lossen up after wearing. An 11.5 fits almost perfect, but a 12 is more comfortable, but a little more room in the front.

They don’t seem to stretch out. I bought a 10 1/2, and it fits fine. By the way, These are my favorite pair of shoes!

Can you use this for the gym and running ?

definitely for the gym. I don't run much (77 yrs. old) but I walk 7-9 miles playing golf and they are extremely comfortable
