First off, let me say that I bought this locket after a heartbreaking miscarriage as a way to remember my baby, so obviously it is an important and emotional item for me. I wanted something that I could wear that would be beautiful and that could keep a very important token safe. The locket itself if very very beautiful and seems to be good quality but you can imagine my disappointment and sadness when I discovered that the seller DID NOT include the chain. The package was not damaged in any way so I know the chain didn't fall out or get lost, it was just never sent. The whole reason I bought from this seller was the chain and it was an Amazon Prime item so I thought it would be a better bet, despite being more expensive than other sellers on Amazon that were selling the same thing and those selling just the locket. Amazon Customer Service gave said since this is a 3rd party seller I had two options: return the whole thing for a refund, or I could get a $12 partial refund from Amazon and keep the pendant without the chain, I decided to get the partial refund and keep the pendant because after everything that has happened I just don't have the energy or patience to return the whole thing especially since I do love the actual locket. However, if I had known I would have to still buy a chain so I could actually wear this, I might have purchased this locket from other seller at a cheaper price. I hope this was a fluke and that other people who choose to order from this seller actually get the chain with it, but wanted to share my experience.

I purchased this locket as a way to commemorate my recently deceased pet, and it's perfect. The locket itself is just under the size of a quarter, which is something I appreciate since I don't like too-large jewelry. The clasps are VERY secure - I can happily wear this knowing that it won't accidentally pop open and lose its contents, which is very important to me. The folded wing design is beautiful, and they shipped exactly when they said they would. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a unique and secure locket.

I love the locket! It's beautiful! Priced a little high maybe, being silver, but otherwise perfect! My sister died in August and it's deep enough to hold a lock of her hair. I did have to buy a new chain because this one was too short, plus the clasp didn't work.

While this is a beautiful locket it is matched by its lack of quality control. The package arrived in good shape but the back of the locket had a peanut size dent on the back by the silver stamp. It would had been a wonderful Christmas gift but is no longer available at this time sadly.

Bought this for a Christmas present, so it is still with me for the time being. Loved the appearance and it was exactly what I thought it would be. The locket appears to be very sturdy and I am looking forward to the reaction from my God Daughter when she receives it.

I received this as a gift and I love it. The chain is kinda small for my liking but that can be easily fixed. But the heart is beautiful and is kinda deep so you can out something in it. I have a lock of my daughters hair, and then her picture in front holding it in place.

I really liked the pendant. However, the chain is extremely short. It was suppose to be a gift for Mother’s Day; now I have to shop around for a chain that fits.
