What can you say about duct tape! It works to seal duct work, it sticvls to almost anything, and it comes in handy for repairs of all kind.

Item arrived and is as advertised 2 Pack of Duct Tape I've brought several packs of cheap Duct tape that wouldn't stand up to COLD , HEAT , WATER because I need to hold down a plastic engine cover because some how pepboys mechanic broke the plastic clips that hold it down so this a temporary fix until I can buy a new cover & after I tried this pack of duct tape they wouldn't stick to the plastic box either the tape had NO !! sticking powers I'm back to square one.

Its not super gluey but stronger then regular duck tape. If you need for heavy tasks then probably get something else. Will work indoors for HVAC or insulation instead of aluminum tape.

Love my new air conditioner. However, it has a WEAKNESS. Where the exhaust tube connects it tends to blow off the conditioner. I tried using duct tape but the adhesive would soften with the exhaust heat. So, back to Amazon to look for a replacement and found this FIBERGLASS FOIL TAPE that will withstand 600 degrees. The left photo shows the new (less than perfect) connection. The right page shows the tape and the paper backing to the adhesive that you must peel off, as needed. So far, so good.

accidentally put a rip in my portable A/C exhaust hose. I was going to replace the hose but found this product while searching on Amazon. It works. Had the unit on for several days and tape is secure. Definitely recommend. Lot cheaper than buy a new hose.

This stuff is super sticky. I bought it to secure my flexible dryer vent to the dryer because the hose clamp kept falling off. It worked really well. It seems very durable, but I just put it on there so I don't know for sure. I don't anticipate any problems because I used some just like it to repair the bottom of the heating unit for my crockpot many years ago (it cracked in half, and I just taped the two pieces together with aluminum tape!), and that repair is still holding up. I absolutely love this stuff, it's like aluminum foil that is super sticky on one side, so good for repairing metal especially in circumstances where it may get hot (like a dryer vent) and other tapes would melt or burn.
