As someone who has suffered with UTI’s for years, this cranberry supplement has been a help. Taking 3 tablets every night has reduced the amounts of UTI’s I’ve had although not completely stopped them. They’re not the smallest tablets but are easy to swallow with a drink. Not much taste to them and they’re well packed, prompt delivery.
