Terrasoul organic products are the best quality we've found. These sunflower seeds taste great, are small enough to add to homemade breads, sprinkle on salads, cold & hot cereal, in hot rice dishes & stir fry & a healthy homemade nut mix. We subscribe to save on all their products

These sunflower seeds are unlike any I have ever had. They are so flavorful, you can taste the oil when biting into them. Also, they are crisp and clean. We usually buy our nuts and seeds from the bulk bin at our local food cooperative, and while they are good quality, they do not compare to the quality of Terrasoul’s nuts and seeds.

These are excellent quality sunflower seeds, at a decent price. I needed unsalted seeds and would have preferred roasted unsalted seeds, but tried these because of the price. They are decent-tasting and fresh. i toast them a bit in the toaster oven to bring out flavor. Will buy again.

These are fresh & have a wonderful flavor. The seeds are so tiny. I have never seen a seed so small. If size is not an issue for you, I recommend these.
