I can instantly feel very subtle tingle and very subtle warmth in feet and up legs. My ears started draining after few minutes. It gives me energy. Only used three times so far. It feels similar to my ionic foot bath. I had leg pain in one spot since cancer surgery year ago from I’m quite sure pinched nerve. First night it didn’t wake me up all night didn’t even feel it. Im for sure going to try to get outside more in beach sand and grass as well. And by the way it doesn’t have to be thick pad as some complain about it’s made fine.

A friend gave me to test. Installed it under my sheet and promptly forgot about it. Slept on it for 2 months. Feeling awesome but not relating it back to the mat. One day i wake up and feel my knees hurting and i raise them i had not felt any aches and pains for several weeks. Woke next morning, again feeling aches and pains. That might i remember to check the pad and sure enough, it had disconnected. I reconnect it. Next morning? All is right in the world again! (Well, in my very small world anyways). I have become an evangelist about this concept!? Bought a bunch and have them to friend and families and spoken to even more people about these than i can count. Such a small investment for A HUGE benefit. Just do it. Buy it! You will be most grateful. PS i am a real customer and make no money if you do this. Or lose if you don't- so just do it!

I want to say that these work well, I seem to sleep better on them, but that can all be in my head. I have no way to really measure sleep quality, so the jury’s out. Maybe someone will do an actual sleep test with and without to compare.

I honestly can't tell or explain if this works or not. You don't feel anything at all. I use it at the end of my bed and rest my feet on it, for perhaps 30-60 minutes while I read or rest. I don't sleep on it. I just like the idea of it being plugged into the ground hole in the outlet and who knows, so many people swear by it, so why not. You can't always get your bare feet onto some lush grass to "earth" as you would like, plus, you never know what insecticide or pesticide was sprayed on the grass, or not. I know I don't feel bad after using this mat, and I can't say for sure it improves my mood, mind or body. Perhaps I should try sleeping on it. I gave five stars because it's small enough for your feet or back or calves, doesn't hurt, and has a looooong cord.

I have waited until 7 days of use to leave a review . I don’t notice any difference. Not even sure if it’s truly grounded . But the sugar pill factor give me a slight positive vibe

Item was as described and shipped promptly. The theory of how it works seems plausible to me, but I have no idea how to measure it's actual benefits. Just like blood pressure or cholesterol, one rarely is aware of what is happening inside their body without an instrument to measure. EDIT: After posting my review, the seller offered me a full refund. I declined the refund as I am not dissatisfied with the item. I purchased it knowing full well that there was no way to objectively evaluate it. I like the theory of it, and will continue to use it. Just like taking vitamins - do you know if they work? I really appreciate the offer for a refund, and would have no second thoughts about doing business with this seller again.

This is a nice size grounding mat that can be used under your desk, under your sheets, on your kitchen floor or even for laying down on the floor. It is long and thin make it easy to put in a lot of places. The cord is long so it does not have to been right by the wall. It has a nice feel to your feet as well. I almost can feel the grounding occurring as I put my feet on it. Seems well made so it won't rip or tear. Probably leave it in one place, but feel like I could move it around or even take it on vacations.

I bought 2 mats, one for my partner and one for myself. We noticed a difference pretty much right away. It helped get with janky unsettled feelings. Definitely calms. I keep mine on the bed by my feet. It can be a bit chilly to the touch sometimes. My partner keeps hers in the living room and sits on it, or stands on it. Even the dog will intentionally lay on it. Started grounding (Earthing) recently and purchased original products from Earthing.com, glad to find that Amazon sells equally great grounding products such as this one. I like this size, as most available are just slightly too big/long or too small. I tested its conducive property with the testing devices from my starter kit from Earthing company, and it works as described. If it proves to benefit me, I will be gifting this to my friends and family!

This did not help with sleep, pain or anything else!!!! Horrible product.

I wish i felt it working when using it, haha. Since i received it in the mail i sleep deeper and longer.
