I am going on my 3rd day of these things.All I can say is these work.I've used them in the past as I get older.I find that my gut doesn't work like it used to.And my metabolism has slowed these actually allow my body to process so not only am I getting a lot of goop off the bottom of my feet , but i'm also pretty darn regular

Easy to clean you feet after removal of the pad. Be careful to press on it hard on your feet tend to loosen up after awhile. Value ok. I don’t think it really did was it was suppose to do.

These were much easier to put on than another brand i had previously used. They worked well in that the pads removed toxins though i personally don't feel much better yet. Would purchase again.

I get pain in my feet, using these patches seem to reduce this, I'm not sure how or why it helps but it works so all good
