Awesome for fevers

If you suffer from migraines or headaches the relief I get from these are excellent. They last long and such a great product for the affordable price. You can’t hardly even smell them but the coolness on your head is great. Even if you have a fever it helps. I buy these all the time.

I love these for when my kids have fevers and are congested. Super easy to use and the smell isn’t too overwhelming but is noticeable. For the price, I would recommend to keep on hand for sick babies!

Missing 1 from a pack. Suppose to be 2. Does help with headache, but I don’t smell vapors. The scented version adhesive is not as great as the unscented.

I keep these on hand for fevers, headaches, and sick days, especially for use with children, and overall they have been very helpful. When applied to the forehead or back of the neck, the cooling sensation is immediate and quite soothing. The sheets stick well, even when someone is restless or sweating, and they stay on through sleep without falling off. Removal is easy and gentle, with no skin irritation. The light mint and vapor scent is noticeable but not overwhelming, and in my experience it adds a calming effect and can make breathing feel a bit easier when congestion is involved. That said, performance is not perfectly consistent every time. The cooling effect does not last anywhere near a full day, and depending on the situation it can range from a few hours to noticeably shorter. The scent may be hit or miss depending on personal preference, as some people may find it too mild while others may not like it at all. Packaging is another small drawback since the sheets are sealed two per pouch, and once opened, the unused one can dry out if not stored carefully. Overall, these cooling sheets work well as a comfort aid. They are effective, drug-free, and reassuring to have available during fevers or migraines.
